Home visits should only be requested for those who are unable to come to the surgery because of serious illness or infirmity. They should be requested before 11:00am if at all possible. The benefits of being seen in surgery are that we have access to all your medical records and have the equipment on hand to undertake a variety of tests.
The surgery has a simple to use check-in touch screen. This enables patients to check themselves into our appointment system and saves waiting to be seen by our reception staff.
As a training practice we teach medical students and graduates. You will occasionally be asked whether you are willing to have a student present during your consultation, as always you are free to refuse.
